After careful consideration and ongoing efforts to ensure that we deliver a meaningful and impactful South Africa International Water Week Conference, we wish to announce that the conference has been postponed to a later date, which will be announced soon and will no longer be taking place 17-19 August 2026.
This decision was not made lightly. We understand the importance of the conference to our delegates, speakers, partners, sponsors, exhibitors, stakeholders and the broader water community, and we sincerely appreciate your patience, understanding and continued support. The postponement will allow us the necessary time to ensure that the conference is delivered to the standard and scale that our participants deserve, while creating an even stronger platform for meaningful dialogue, collaboration and action towards a sustainable water future.
All registrations and confirmed participation will remain valid for the new conference date. Further information regarding the new date, programme and arrangements will be communicated as soon as it is confirmed. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this postponement may cause and thank everyone who has supported the South Africa International Water Week journey thus far.
While the conference may be taking a little longer to reach you, the conversation around our water future continues. We look forward to welcoming you soon as we come together to connect, collaborate and shape solutions for a more water-secure and sustainable South Africa.
Thank you for your continued support and commitment to South Africa International Water Week.
